The purchase of a McLaren Extended Service Contract is required to become a member of the McLaren Toronto Legacy Loyalty Program. Upon receipt of the McLaren Extended Service Contract Validation Certificate, the member agrees to be bound by the program terms and conditions.

Membership benefits will be applied to qualified purchases before taxes (HST).

The membership is non-transferable.

Membership parts and accessories discount may only be redeemed by the original purchaser indicated on the contract validation certificate.

Membership Customer Pay Labour discount benefits may only be redeemed by the original purchaser for the vehicle on the contract validation certificate (identified by VIN).

Membership is active only within the dates indicated on the service contract validation certificate.

McLaren Toronto reserves the right to change program rules, and certain provisions, disqualify a member, or terminate the Legacy Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice to the member.

The McLaren Toronto Legacy Loyalty Program has no cash value.

All members must be 18 years of age or older.

Corporations, partnerships, and other entities other than individuals may not be eligible to participate.
