I mainly dealt with Jason Lam from Pfaff McLaren to purchase a 2017 F12. I live in Quebec and had to communicate with him on all the details of the transaction before travelling to Toronto. I came in to look at some models, and even after telling Mark Basili, a Sales executive, that I won’t be buying anything from them, as I live in another country and will make my purchase there, he still took his time and showed me around, presented a few different cars to me and even talked to me some time over their closing time. Mark Basili made me feel comfortable with buying a vehicle sight unseen by providing videos, pictures and vehicle information that was imperative to my purchase. He walked me through the entire process of transfer of ownership, shipping and warranty.
